Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Kept at www.keptapp.website, the Save to Kept browser extension and any related sharing shortcuts ("Kept"). Kept is operated by Raaina Nagpal, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Kept, you agree to these terms.

1. What Kept does

Kept lets you save screenshots, Instagram reel or post links and web pages, and uses AI to suggest a title, collection and details for each save. AI suggestions can be wrong; please check them before you confirm a save.

2. Your account

• You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or use Kept with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate information and don't create accounts for others without their permission.

3. Your content

You own what you save. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run Kept for you, including sending it to the AI and lookup services described in our Privacy Policy. Only save content you have the right to save, and don't use Kept for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes other people's rights.

4. Plans and payments

• Kept Free includes up to 30 saves. Kept Pro costs ₹99 per month or ₹499 per year (plus any applicable taxes) and removes the save limit. Current prices are on our Pricing page.
• Pro is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If we change prices, the change will apply from your next billing period, and we'll tell you before it does.

5. Availability

We work to keep Kept running and your saves safe, but Kept is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. Please keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using Kept at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
